Always reliable travel gear

I've ordered from Cadence a few times now, mainly for their capsules. This last time I got a few more medium capsules for a longer trip. They arrived quickly, just like before, and the quality is consistently good. Never had a leak. Their system just works for me.

Detailed capsule system review

I bought 'the Minimalist Set' which included a few capsules and a travel case, plus I added some Flex Capsules and magnetic labels. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; it was easy to see the different bundle options. Delivery took about a week, and everything was well-packed. Once I got them, I tested the leakproof claim with some shampoo and conditioner – no issues at all after a few days of shaking them around. The magnetic system is genuinely useful for keeping things organized in my bag and on the counter. The Flex Capsules are great for larger items or even pills. The quality of the plastic feels durable, not flimsy. Cleaning them is also pretty easy, just a quick rinse. The labels snapped on perfectly and make it simple to identify contents. Overall, it's a solid system for keeping travel toiletries tidy and secure.

Good value on a set

I was looking for a travel toiletry set and saw Cadence. The individual capsules were a bit pricey, but I got the Weekender Set, which felt like a much better deal. It saved me a good chunk compared to buying everything separately. Shipping was reasonable, and they seem well-made for the price I paid.

Mostly satisfied, small issue

I ordered the Skincare Set and some extra magnetic tiles. The capsules themselves are fantastic – truly leakproof, and the magnetic system is very clever for organizing. Delivery took about 5 days to reach Denver, which was fine. My only minor gripe was that one of the custom labels I ordered was slightly off-center. It's not a big deal, and I still use it, but it stood out a bit compared to the otherwise polished feel of everything else. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about cleaning them, though.

Thinking about getting some Cadence stuff, but also looking at GoToob. Anyone used both and have thoughts on which is better for like, everyday travel?

J Josh Sanchez 2 weeks ago
I've used GoToob before and they're okay, but I much prefer Cadence. The magnetic system is a game changer for keeping things organized in my bag. GoToob can feel a bit squishy and messy.

Does Cadence do a Black Friday sale? Or should I just jump on one of the bundles now?

D Daniel Nguyen 2 weeks ago
They usually do! I got a pretty sweet deal last Black Friday. If you're not in a huge rush, might be worth waiting a bit.

Yeah, they definitely have sales around the holidays, Black Friday included. Also saw something about signing up for their email for a first order discount, might be a good option if you need them sooner.

What's the deal with returns? If I get a set and decide it's not quite right for me, is it a hassle to send back?

S Susan Smith 3 days ago
My friend returned a bundle last month cause she got the wrong color and said it was pretty straightforward, no issues getting her money back.

I haven't personally returned anything but I remember looking it up and it seemed reasonable, like a standard online store return policy. You probably just pay for shipping back.

Hey, thinking about grabbing some Cadence capsules. Are they actually good for oil stuff like face cleansers or serums, or do they kinda seep through after a while?

K Kevin Garcia 6 days ago
Yeah, I use mine for a face oil and it's been totally fine. No leaks at all. I was worried too but they really seal up tight.

I put an olive oil-based hair treatment in a large one for a trip and had zero issues. Just make sure you twist the lid on good.

I'm planning a 7-day trip, mostly skincare and hair stuff. How many capsules do you guys think I'd need? Trying to figure out which bundle to get.

H Hannah M. 1 week ago
For a week, I usually go with like 4-5 medium ones for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and then a small one or two for face stuff. Depends on how much product you use though!

L Linda E. 1 week ago
Definitely depends on the products. If you use a lot of conditioner like me, maybe a large one for that. I'd say maybe 6-8 total? A mix of medium and small could be good, or one of those weekender sets they have.
